Competitive Pricing Policy

Because many of our products come from overseas, currency fluctuations and shipping costs (especially with the fuel surcharges that shipping companies charge us) will have a major impact on our prices - sometimes positively and other times negatively. We endeavour to regularly update our prices to reflect current exchange rates as well as the actual costs to import the products into Australia. Our pricing policy explains in more detail exactly how our prices are calculated. However, there may be times when our web site's prices may be out of date and so if you find that any of our products can be purchased locally at a more competitive price then we welcome the opportunity to review our price with you.
It should also be noted that we offer government and education discounts on many of our product lines and the prices on our web site also do not include discounts that may be available for companies purchasing by EFT. So if you have a price you would like us to review or a quote that we can prepare for you then please submit your request by email or through our Support Centre.
